Prefer to start in writing?
Just share your name, the best way to reach you, and a few words about your situation. Save the private details for when we talk — we’ll go through everything together.
No cost. No obligation. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
What happens when you reach us?
You talk to a lawyer. Not an intake service and not a salesperson. Your questions get legal answers from the first conversation. Meet however suits you: in person, by video, or by phone.
You tell us what is happening, in plain language. You do not need to know whether your problem is a Chapter 7, a Chapter 13, or a foreclosure defense. Sorting that out is our job, not yours.
You hear where you stand. Which options are open, which deadlines matter, and what a fix would cost. Real numbers, not a pitch.
Then it is your decision. No pressure and no follow-up barrage. Most people leave the first conversation knowing more about their situation than they learned in months of worrying about it.
If a deadline is close, say so
A foreclosure sale date, a court date, a garnishment about to start: tell us right away, whether you call or write. Cases with clocks running get priority. There is often more that can be done in the final days than people assume. The earlier you reach us, the more we can do.
